The anatomy sonogram was great! Everything looks "perfect," says Dr. Sweeney. The new baby has two legs, two arms, a heart and a brain. Everything we could ask for. We recorded the sonogram on a DVD, but Adam's hid it from me because he's convinced I'm going to cheat and watch it again to figure out if it's a boy or a girl. Right now, we like Grant William and Madeleine Kathleen (after both of our moms). I can't wait to meet this little baby who's been kicking me softly during the day and all night. He/she should round out our family just perfectly.
I'm sad to say that I haven't taken a single picture! I'll get one soon and post it. And, as soon as I can figure out how to scan the sonogram pictures, I'll post them, too. I'm at 22 weeks along, and the baby's almost a pound and the length of a spaghetti squash (weird ... I've fixed spaghetti squash twice this month).
