I really think I'm going to win the bet -- c'mon May 21 -- be the closing date! The house now has stucco and paint on the outside. The inside hasn't been touched yet, except the fireplace has been installed. Adam poured borax around the perimeter of the house -- supposedly it's a natural insect repellent.
Getting excited! Now we just need more furniture...
